He could sleep on the floor, or even wake up Hiei and ask him to switch places. Kurama would take the bed and Hiei could pick between the sofa or the floor. After all, he’s not picky. Kurama has seen him use a rock as a pillow, surely, he can take a makeshift bed with no problem.
The issue is, Kurama doesn’t have the heart to wake him up.
