Summary
Aspen Brooks has been estranged from her family ever since she cut them off four years ago, and she wouldn't have it any other way. She's a university-dropout-turned-guitarist in an all-girls punk rock band whose popularity seems to be increasing with every show they play. She gets to mooch off of her band's vocalist, living in her house for free as long as she keeps up on her end of the chores and gives her a good fucking every now and then.
It's a life that she wouldn't trade for anything in the entire world.
However, when Aspen gets a call after a show one night, telling her that her parents are dead and her little sister is in the hospital, she quickly learns that the life she wants to live and the one that's being forced upon her are more different than she could have ever imagined.

Sayo had no interest in any of Hina's idol activities. She only did so out of worries that her sister would do something that ended up affecting the both of them. She certainly didn't expect to be thrown into a spiral of self-hatred over how inferior she was compared to her sister. If such a thing like that happened, it certainly could cause their entire foundation of their relationship as sisters to change.
But that would never happen. Sayo wasn't the kind of girl to get jealous over her sister like that.
