Robin looked at him questioningly, cocking her head to one side. Eddie smirked sharply, licking his tongue over his teeth in a way that definitely didn’t make Steve’s stomach swoop.

She knocks quickly. Rap-rap-rap. Short, sweet, to the point. Rocking back on her heels, she glances down the length of the house to where Eddie’s van is parked crookedly off to the side, half-hidden. He’s definitely here, then, and it’s the only other vehicle in sight aside from hers, so she’s more than likely not interrupting anything.
Still, she can’t shake the feeling that she’s crossing some sort of line by showing up unannounced and uninvited.
