Summary
Derek, sometimes, likes to get lost in his head; sometimes he likes to drift there, entangled in the empty spaces between his thoughts because the world is an overwhelming place, even more overwhelming for Derek, and being in his head is easy. Easy as letting his eyes slip closed around the edges of a distant thought, as translating the rush of sensation, the physical realities of his body into nothing but nerves firing restless in his brain, then into nothing at all.
Stiles and Derek spend most of their time grading freshmen chem lab reports and sometimes film themselves having sex for money.

Written for the Handers Gift Exchange 2021: Garrett Hawke came to help the Inquisition with its Corypheus problem - only it turns out that, much to the surprise of Hawke himself, he didn't come alone.
Skyhold was a wreck. Hawke wasn't sure what he'd been expecting of the miracle castle in the middle of the Frostbacks - he'd heard it had come to the Herald of Andraste during the Inquisition's hour of need in a dream, and having had a chance to look around before Varric tracked him down, he could only conclude it had been one of those strange dreams, with the stairs that changed directions and the thousands of tiny spiders with human teeth.
