Objectively speaking, Wonwoo would haveno trouble. He was tall and definitely had good qualifications. He was also financially stable. And if any of those people who asked him out in at least half of his twenty-nine years in the world were to be counted on, looked relatively good compared to the majority of the population. Subjectively, he had no interest in doing so.
For one, he disliked the idea of approaching people with the intent of sleeping with them later. For another, he can’t well imagine asking his friends to set him up with other people. It would be too embarrassing for someone whom they called “chronically single”.
Fake dating was even more inconceivable. The last thing Wonwoo wanted is to do some falsehood to his family. Most especially to his grandmother.
So instead, he had anonymously posted on some messaging board for recommendations.
And that’s how he ended up in an upscale branch of a chain coffee shop with Mr. Wen Junhui, the 100% success-rate matchmaker. As per the other users’ attestation.
