Summary
Midorima Shintarou, a medical student in university, suffers from hearing impairment. He has long stopped trying to ask people to repeat themselves, or strain his ears to hear what they say. Closing himself off to the world, he resigns to his fate of belonging in a dark place. Until he meets Takao Kazunari, who shows him that life doesn’t have to be muted, and whose voice rings clear in his ears. Inspired by Hidamari ga Kikoeru.

reminds me of Twin Peaks when david lynch's comical character with hearing impairment could also hear perfectly what Shelly the gorgeous waitress said as if by miracle. The only person he could listen to perfectly when he is so in love. That was funny, but this one is more in a heart wrenching way.
However, a lot of funny liners too in here. It's so entertaining to read in one sitting.

was listening to Empati Tamako by The Trees & The Wild in the middle of reading, it made me shiver when the singer went "your sadness will go away, along with the wind..."

Kuroko is like mentioned twice in here from Murasakibara POV (which all is endearing) and that's really kicked me on how different KnB if it was told from multiple perspective aside from the main character.

giggled because this remind me of my dynamics with my partner. waiting for the right time to hold hands in public, for the house to be empty. midorima and takao are so perfect for this case
