Summary
Patient 1: Dr. Levi Ackerman (36). Brilliant surgeon. Worked from the ground up to get a scholarship in the best medical program in the country. Chronically grumpy, but suffers from a severe 14 year long untreated crush on his best friend.
Patient 2: Dr. Natalie Dornheim (34). Surgical prodigy. Heiress to the Paradis Medical empire. Social butterfly, terrifyingly intelligent, but absolutely an idiot when it comes to her best friend.
History of Present Illness: Fourteen years ago, Levi lost a bet on their prelims to Natalie. As punishment, he was forced to play lead guitar in her ridiculous college band, Wall Maria. This resulted in years of academic rivalry, med school trauma-bonding with three other idiots (Erwin, Hange, and Miche), and Levi accidentally falling in love with the girl whose family signs his paychecks.
Current Status: They are now highly accomplished surgical attendings in Paradis Medical Center. There are no more exams, no long training hours, and absolutely no excuses left. But instead of confessing his feelings and asking her out on a date, Levi just keeps buying her coffee and food.
Prognosis: Terminal idiocy. Intervention required.
