    Having left the entire Village of Fowl Devotees, including Count Olaf and Esmé Squalor, stranded on a dock in flames, the Quagmires could do nothing but drive forwards into the night. As long as the Baudelaires were safe - and they finally were - the triplets were able to press on. However, treachery lurked around every road bend...especially the one leading them to Heimlich Hospital.

    Part two of the Baudelaire/Quagmire swap (wherein Quigley survived his fire and Violet didn't). I would HIGHLY recommend or just command that you read Little Paper Stars (part one) before reading this, otherwise it will contain some Very Flummoxing Discoveries

    He heaves a dull breath and takes his time picking his words. 'I'm alone and deeply unhappy,' he says at last. 'I don't see that changing anytime soon. I wanted a house that suited my temperament.'
