Danny is a pretty Observant guy. He's not as smart as Lydia pretends not to be but he's not an idiot.
It took most of the summer but Danny has it all mapped out. From the Hale family's long history in Beacon Hills to the logistics of the Alpha pack circling. He knows pretty much everything, just no one knows he does.
Walking into the first day of Junior year he's happy to keep it that way. Not his business and all that. Except Scott corners him after Lacrosse in the change rooms. Which is honestly weird but not the weirdest thing Scott's done.
“I need you to flirt with Stiles.” Nevermind.
