Summary
Sangwoo left for university and never looked back, just like he wanted. There are so many things he doesn't even want to think about, people he left behind on purpose. The city life suits him nicely; he knows exactly how to fit into the routines of these soulless people. But it's only a matter of time until he runs out of excuses for his mother.
“I suppose Friday is fine.” He mumbles, thumbing the calendar on the wall with a heavy sigh.
So he comes back home, only for the weekend.

Summary
“Oh, Emperor, do you greet all your guests like this or am I special?” There is humour in what he says but his voice lacks the tone. It’s the one he adopted since he decided to become the star boy of the galaxy. Something snarky and brooding, so awfully Solo. But it makes him think of that other inflection, the one he misses, with the feral growl and the possessiveness. Whispering filthy things against his nape.
“You have always been special, Ben”.

flattery will get you nowhere (except with me) by serra-angel (fivecenturiesverse)

Summary
Charlie has perfected the art form of flattery with Meeks, it's the number one way to ensure Meeks's help with anything he desires (well, he could probably say the order and get a 'yessir' in response, but where's the fun in that?). He compliments everything intellectual from his answers in class, to inventions with Pitts, to Meeks's intelligent conversation and sarcastic comments. Charlie has a whole arsenal of compliments attributing to Meeks's mental capacity. It's boring to keep to the same old rota of flattery though, and Charlie thinks it's time to tell him how handsome he thinks Meeks really is.
