Summary
“I said I had places to be… a book club,” Spencer replied, his voice calm, dropping the act he’d been forced to wear for the last few hours. “And this is the only place I want to be.”
Aaron’s smile sharpened, a flicker of something dark and satisfied igniting in his gaze. “The world is getting bigger, isn’t it, Spencer? Every time you step out of their life and into mine, the walls of that little reality they’ve built for you get a little thinner. It won’t be long before there’s nothing left of it at all.”
Spencer didn’t flinch. He leaned in until he could see the reflection of his own face in Aaron’s eyes. “Let it fall.”
----
Aaron is a vigilante, killing politicians while leaving encrypted messages for Spencer in newspapers and via email. This sparks an unpredicted flame of love between the two in a world that is against it. Aaron will do whatever it takes to have Spencer at his side, to have Spencer as his, even if it means making sacrifices he never thought he would. And Spencer would let Aaron burn the world down for him, if it means they can be together.

Summary
Dream hadn't spoken a single word. Not a rasped thanks, not a whispered sorry, nothing. His voice had completely vanished, swallowed up by a depression so thick and suffocating it felt like a physical presence in the downstairs bedroom.
The blackout curtains remained pulled, locking the room in a permanent, rotting twilight. Dream barely moved. He lay on his side, his body curled tightly into a defensive ball, staring blankly at the beige paint of the wall. He stared for hours, his eyes wide and vacant, unblinking until they stung, completely detached from the passage of time.
Sapnap and George had stopped trying to maintain a normal routine; their lives had completely shrank down to the perimeter of the mattress. They took shifts. It was a silent, desperate relay race - one of them sitting on the edge of the bed or propped up against the headboard while the other hurriedly ate, showered, or pretended to handle work in their offices.

Summary
Aaron sat there, trapped in the suffocating reality that he couldn’t fix this with a single gesture or a well-timed apology. He wanted to pull Spencer against him, to bury his face in the crook of his neck and confess every fear, every flaw, every moment of the last two weeks he had spent in a silent, self-imposed exile. He wanted the resolution to be immediate - a total reset of their life.
But the ache remained. The waiting was a slow, deliberate erosion of his patience. He hated the way time seemed to crawl when you were waiting to be forgiven, how it forced you to sit in the wreckage of your own mistakes, yearning for the friction of a fight or the intimacy of touch, terrified that the space between ‘nothing’ and ‘everything’ would be the hardest bridge to cross.
He squeezed Spencer’s hand back, tighter, trying to anchor them both as the car moved through the dark streets, inching closer to the empty, haunted apartment that they would, for the first time in fourteen days, finally face together.
---
14 days after a terrible fight, Aaron and Spencer are still avoiding each other. After a night out with the team, everything changes. (For the better)

Summary
“It was more than okay,” Spencer murmured, his voice a soft, steady hum in the quiet room. A faint, knowing smile touched the corners of his mouth. “Honestly… if we didn’t have the badge, and the paperwork, and people looking at us every single day, I’d probably want you to leave marks that lasted a whole lot longer than five hours.”
A dark, pleased heat flared in Aaron’s eyes at the confession. The slight tension vanished from his shoulders, replaced by a slow, dangerous sort of satisfaction as his fingers lingered against Spencer’s pulse point.
“Is that right?” Aaron murmured, his voice dropping an octave as he drew Spencer just a fraction closer, already mentally filing that away for the next time they had a few days behind closed doors. “I might just have to take you up on it.”

Summary
It was slight - a rustle of sheets and the slow, deliberate shift of weight. Aaron’s hand emerged from the covers, reaching out until his fingertips rested precariously on the edge of the mattress. He didn’t cross the threshold. He didn’t demand. He simply offered.
Spencer felt his own hand move of its own volition, a ghost guided by a memory older than their anger. His fingers trembled as he stretched his arm out, reaching into the empty space. When their hands met - fingertips grazing in the dim light - the world seemed to hold its breath.
It wasn’t a resolution. It wasn’t an apology, or a plan, or an admission of guilt. It was an anchor.
---
A few months after a nasty argument, Aaron and Spencer try to find their way back to each other through shared hotel rooms, nightmares, distance, and communication.

Summary
“You’re my dad now… dads are always mad.” Chase was almost whispering.
Huh. Could this be…? Psychology and psychiatry weren’t his specialty, but he had basic knowledge of the human psyche. And age regression with Chase’s background wouldn’t be out of the realms of possibility. Shit. He had to tread carefully.
House slowly walked over to the bed and sat down at the foot of it.
“Let me assure you that I’m not mad at you. You haven’t done anything wrong. But, Chase, I’ve got to ask you. Um… how old are you?”
Chase flinched hard and tears started rolling down his cheeks.
“I knew you’d be mad! Please, just spank me, please don’t lock me up! Please!”

When the apartment mocked him with its silence, Wilson tossed himself out of bed and marched down to House's room. If House had a problem with him, if he didn't want to be in this relationship anymore, he needed to step up and tell that to Wilson's face, not give him the silent treatment until one of them moved out from sheer awkwardness.
"House!" Wilson threw open House's door and stormed inside.
He stopped.
