    “That’s good. Xiao Gongzi is smart” he congratulates him. Shen Yuan feels himself swell with pride. He’s very smart, of course! Mom always tells him so! “My name is Luo Binghe. What is Xiao Gongzi’s name?”
    Shen Yuan wrinkles his nose. He doesn't want to tell him, because he's a stranger, and he shouldn't answer questions from strangers, but he's a beauty stranger-hunter who stopped hunting and listened to Shen Yuan without thinking his ideas were silly just because he was a little boy, and he seems kind, so Shen Yuan has no problem saying:
    “Shen Yuan.”

    ... Shen Yuan has very confusing memories, a lot of knowledge that a six-year-old child should not have and he has no idea where he acquired it, and a new best friend. This new best friend is Luo Binghe, he is the coolest, most powerful and strongest, and promises to help him find his way to home!
    Even if Shen Yuan, in some way inexplicable even to himself, knows he's far, far away from home.

    Fair question! I didn’t go looking for them or anything. Doing some side work for a local moving company (just boring documentation thank god. I’m much too frail for manual labor!!!) and according to my boss it was left behind by a client ‘‘forever ago” and was never claimed. Knowing him that probably means they didn’t deliver it a decade ago and the client never called looking for it. They were doing a big storeroom clean out and were just going to toss it, so I thought I’d snag it!

    “You promise?” Shane whispers.

    “I promise,” Mom tells him firmly. “If you’re good on the ice, they won’t care who you are off it.”
