A knock at the door follows the manager’s statement and Chan feels his heart drop to his stomach. His breakfast almost made an appearance at how sick he suddenly felt. They were doing this now? The collective scents in the room turned sour as the manger stood to answer the door. Chan tried to bury the growl forming in his chest at being blindsided, he didn’t want to scare the newcomers. This wasn’t their fault. They didn’t come to the company asking to throw his entire pack’s world upside down.
