“Kaaai-chan!” Kokichi whines, squirming in his embrace. Kaito mumbles questioningly against his neck, a bundle of vowels that form no words.
“Whaa?” He slurs, still keeping his eyes stubbornly closed even when Kokichi elbows him in the stomach. He grumbles and tightens his grip on his waist, pressing his nose against the curve of Kokichi’s shoulder. “Stop moving,”
“I caaan’t,” Kokichi laments and even with his eyes closed Kaito knows he’s pouting, all puffed out cheeks and doe-like eyes. Cute. “It’s too hot, Kai-chan is smothering me!”
“Don’t care,” Kaito mumbles, pulling his squirmy boyfriend against his chest and pressing a small kiss right below his chin, relishing the squeaky gasp that he gets in response. He’s slowly drifting back to sleep, content to just hold Kokichi close and press lazy, sleepy kisses against the pale soft skin, everywhere his lips can reach.
