Set Post His Last Vow and my attempt at a fix it fic. This is unbetad so any mistakes are my own
John Watson is determined to be a good man and honor the promise he made before man and God. After all...he's only got himself to blame that he ended up married to a lying ex- assassin. And God knows it's his duty to be a good father to the child she's carrying; even if that means forgiving the child's mother for shooting his best friend. And not even the fact that he's in love with that same best friend will sway him from doing the right and proper thing.
So it's either lucky or extremely unfortunate for John Watson, that Destiny has other plans for both he and Sherlock Holmes.

Derek huffs, the softest hesitation of a laugh, warm against his skin. “You talk in your sleep,” he counters quietly. “A lot.”
Panic flickers up his spine before Stiles can stop it. He forces his voice to stay light, easy. “It’s probably just my soul trying to escape my body,” he says. “Can’t blame it, really.”
But inside, he’s scrolling through mental footage of every night he’s ever crashed here, cataloguing every murky, half-remembered dream, wondering what words might have slipped out when his guard was down. Did he say Derek’s name? Did he say I love you? Did he say don’t leave? Did he confess the whole pathetic thesis statement his brain has been footnoting for months now: I know this isn’t actually anything for you, and that’s fine, I’m fine, please just let me keep pretending until you get bored?
