The lab tech clicked another empty vial in place.

"Hang in there," Hollander said, without looking up. "I'm sure he'll come around eventually."
The lab tech began filling the final vial and gave Angeal a sympathetic look. She smelled like an omega, a bonded one.
Angeal held himself still. This was the deal. He had traded away any expectation of privacy a long time ago. He took in a deliberate, deep breath. It's not like it was a secret. Everyone knew. Sephiroth knew. People usually gave him the grace of pretending they didn't, though.

Where Sephiroth is a bad at relationships, but is also traumatized after Jenova/Hojo/Shinra/soulmate expectations, Cloud is stressed out fluff trying to do his best fixing the past, and Zack keeps everyone alive.
