Summary
Twilight is having a pretty normal evening when he is unceremoniously yanked from the chain, forced into his wolf form, and flung into an unknown land. And while trying to figure out what the hell is going on and how to find the other Links, he runs into a lone and intriguing kid. It takes a bit of convincing, but he eventually decides to stick around and make sure the kid's okay. After all, what's the worst that could happen if he decides to be friends with a stranger?

Summary
Wild hated getting his memories back. They could be triggered by seemingly anything, they forced the entire group to stop or have someone stay with him until he got over it, which mostly ended up being Twilight, and he tended to end up feeling terrible. Even the good ones were bittersweet, when he saw glimpses of a family that was long gone or a fleeting moment when his life wasn’t destined to be a nightmare, only to open his eyes a century later having lost everything.
He knew it was starting to become a hindrance on their quest and the last thing he wanted to be was a burden.

Wild heard his name being called, hurried commands being thrown around in the background, but the fog was too tempting and it was too hard to pull away. He felt his mind slipping, his grip on the ice doing the same. Icy water climbed up his torso, along his neck, past his chin.
A cacophony of panicked shouts and one terrified, “Cub!!” later, and he felt the water and fog swallow him whole.
