It's a known fact that mated weres are both the horniest and most depressed little shits you will ever meet. Granted nobody would think to write that down in the third year text book. Nor did anyone think to list that Mother Magic made it so the mating bite (given whenever as long as skin is broken and a knot is popped) makes said mate immune to the change. It also doesn't mention that there was a .5% chance that the mate of one were would also be the mate of that were's sire. Why would this matter? Well, Accalia Violet Potter found out the hard way.
