Mario begins therapy after realizing unresolved childhood trauma is affecting his relationship with Peach and his everyday life. Confronting those memories is way harder than he ever imagined considering everything he’s been through just in the mushroom kingdom alone. This was different. This was worse. He has to get past years of shame and fear with this.
