Separated from the rest of the Mighty Nein and forced into shelter by a relentless storm, Caleb finds himself trapped in close quarters with Molly and Jester - and confronted with the unfamiliar weight of being cared for when he can’t care for himself.
A hurt/comfort fic about being held through the cold, and what it means when someone chooses not to let go.

Summary
A retelling of “The Golden Fox,” from Lan Xichen’s POV. Chapter One covers Chapters One to Eleven of the main fic, and Chapter Two will cover Chapters Twelve to Twenty-Four. Reading this addendum is not necessary to enjoy the main fic, but I would highly recommend reading the main fic before reading the addendum.
