Tine may be oblivious, but Fong isn't. Fong wants to get to the bottom of the situation between his friend and the obnoxiously famous Sarawat Guntithanon, so of course, he decides to confront Sarawat as soon as possible. Sarawat went along with it but had no intentions of telling Fong anything. Although it didn't go the way either of them expected, and though Sarawat would never admit it, talking to Fong was actually helpful.

Sarawat and Tine weren't the types of people to profusely confess their feelings over and over again but that didn't mean they didn't love each other. Actually, they loved each other so much that their friends felt sick from an overdose of sweetness every time they were around the couple. Things like playing music and painting was a way of showing their love between them.

Soulmates are chosen by the spirits and can hear each other’s thoughts. Sokka thinks it’s cheesy and dumb. Zuko thinks it’s poetic justice that he doesn’t have one because he doesn’t deserve it. Cruel irony is finding out that the prince of the Fire Nation (and the person currently hunting you) is your soulmate.
(Set during and after the events of ATLA, and during some of the events of the comics that follow. This was an excuse to write a slow-burn where Sokka and Zuko are soulmates)
