Summary
Jim had tried with all his might. He had tried with all his might to fix the future. To change the past in such a way that nothing bad would happen to any of his friends in the future. He had tried again and again, but he had always failed. No matter what he did, someone always ended up dying. He could never manage to keep everyone safe.
When the hundredth time came around, he wasn't sure he could continue if he messed up again. He had watched his friends and family die more times than he wanted to remember, and all he wanted was to achieve his goal. To protect them all, but he always made some kind of mistake. He always ended up screwing it up again. And he had no idea how to fix it. He desperately needed someone to guide him along the right path, because he didn't know what he was supposed to do to save them

Summary
I’ve always liked this trope, so I wanted to write one of my own!
— — —
The mission was supposed to be simple: get in, kick some butt, get out. But when Peter Parker’s comms get smashed (along with his head) and he looses contact with the Avengers, things go downhill fast.
Comm still down, someone in danger, and running out of options, Peter picks up a gun. One perfect shot later, the danger’s over… and the real chaos begins.
Now Peter’s back with the team, facing a far scarier threat than enemy fire: Tony Stark’s disbelief, and Steve’s moral panic. Turns out, Uncle Ben’s lessons went way beyond “with great power comes great responsibility.”

Btw this summary makes it seem longer then it really is

Summary
Peter Parker, aka Spider-man, tried so hard to keep going every day. He worked so hard to not let his pain show, too keep going, but one day… he just snaps.
***
“You think I don’t care?”
The man looked taken aback, as if he didn’t actually expect Spider-Man to reply.
“You think I do this for attention?”
Peter laughed, if it could even be called that. It was bitter, broken.
“I remember every single one of them, you know.” His voice shook. “Every person I couldn’t save. Every name. Every face.”
He stepped forward.
“Emily Denton. Ten years old. Her parents’ car hit a barrier going seventy. I got there two minutes after it happened. She was still breathing.” His voice cracked. “She was wearing a pink Hello Kitty skirt, and a purple jacket. I crawled halfway under the car to pull her out and sliced my side open on the wreckage. Gave myself sixteen stitches later with no painkillers, because they don’t fucking work with my metabolism, and a mirror. But it didn’t matter. Because she died before I could get her all the way out.”

Summary
“So… I should probably tell you something,” the kid mumbled.
Tony frowned. “You didn’t get bitten by something again, did you? Is this gonna be like… Spider-Teenage-Ninja-Turtle or something?”
“No, no, nothing like that.”
Spider-Man slowly lifted his hand to his mask, fingers fumbling with the half-melted seals. Tony reached to stop him. “Hey, whoa, no pressure—”
But the mask came away with a soft tear, peeling off like a second skin.
And suddenly, everything went still.
The boy who looked up at them wasn’t a college intern. He wasn’t a grad student or a twenty-year-old prodigy.
He was a child.
Bruised cheek, split lip, a smudge of soot over one brow. His hair clung to his forehead with sweat and blood. His eyes- big, brown, and impossibly young- blinked up at Tony.
“Hi,” he said weakly. “I’m Peter. Peter Parker. I’m, uh… fifteen.”

Summary
Danny was sitting in class when a three-year-old Ellie crashed through the window, badly hurt. His ghost instincts kick into overdrive and he barricades himself in the closet with her, refusing to let anyone even look at his daughter.
He wasn't thinking about how that would look to outsiders. He was only thinking about Ellie. Ellie, bleeding green and de-aged somehow. Ellie who had extensive medical problems that only Vlad really knew the extent of. Ellie, who needed help that Danny couldn't give her.
He names Vlad as her emergency contact out of desperation, and the situation spirals from there.

Summary
Being a half dead teenage superhero did not come with a manual. Danny would like that stated again. Being a half dead teenage superhero did NOT come with a manual. Yet it seemed like everyone one around him just expected him to know things, especially the ghosts that he fought daily. He wanted a break, he wanted a place no one would bother him for a while, he wanted, well it didn't matter what he wanted most of the time. Life, Death didn't matter. Both sides seemed determined to keep kicking him regardless of if he was down or not. Hey look, he found a rock in the zone no one else was calling theirs. Dibs.
