There were many words that could be used to describe Sherlock Holmes, but Joan was certain "prude" wasn't one of them. He was still standing in the same spot though, looking at her and then away and then back again. Pointedly not at the table.
"Sherlock," Joan finally said, into the ringing silence. "Have you thought about fucking me over this table?"
He blinked once, twice, then opened his mouth and said, "Of course I have. I've thought about fucking you on literally every horizontal surface in this building. Also the vertical ones. And the improbable ones. I'm very imaginative."
