Donnie shrugged as he put on his gear. “Yeah, but I really want to finish this project tonight, I’m just missing some basic stuff. It’ll be pretty quick,” He replied.

Summary
A series of oneshots, comics, and otherwise short fics in my original TMNT-Verse, TMNT: Phase Zero!
Phase Zero is mostly based on TMNT 2012, TMNT IDW, and ROTTMNT, but I'm taking inspiration from all versions!
These pieces will mostly be focusing on the character's relationships to one another, trauma, and their pasts. Maybe one day I'll write a plot-heavy 'main fic', so you can think of this as a series of 'between-episode' styled pieces.

Summary
It took him what felt like a decade to collect himself. He was a Hero of Courage, and strangely enough he was still here, in this plane of existence. He had enough experience dealing with spirits to know that if he had died and turned into a ghost, it meant that he hadn't moved on. It meant he still had things to do.
With that new resolve invigorating him, he decided to open his eyes once more and analyze the situation. It couldn't be that bad, right?
OK, no. It was bad, it was so bad.
OR: Wind dies, but not really, at least not entirely. He's still around as a ghost, after all. Fortunately for him, Wolfie finds him. Unfortunately for Wolfie, he finds Wind.

He doesn't have time to be a little kid anymore, there are school schedules to be made and planets to decolonize, there's no time to stop. He's doing absolutely fine, completely and totally fine.
He's fine with being busy, he really is.
But when he's suddenly back in a time when the name 'Steven Universe' didn't mean much at all, maybe he can learn how to be more than fine again.

Summary
Understanding the language of Legend is an art, not a science; it’s made up of contradictions and careful redirection, hidden behind bitter scowls and year-old layered walls. There are no rules to it, unlike any other dialect, and grasping the meanings of such subtle changes in posture and attitude is a process. A long one at that.
But it’s a language that so obviously wants to be learned, even if it acts the opposite. So it’s a good thing Warriors has extra time on his hands.
