This is a fanfic based off of All The Young Dudes by MsKingBean89. You should read that one first if you haven't already. It's really really good. I'm still reading it rn actually. Anyways, this will focus on the Emeralds (Regulus, Pandora, Barty, and Evan) or however you call the group and Ollie. I'm not used to writing in third person so forgive me if it's a bit wonky. And some things are obviously going to be different from ATYD's at one point or another. Anyways uh have fun and enjoy and thank you for clicking on this. The world bursts with colors, vibrant life. Artificially green grass and blue skies with lazily floating clouds. He's standing in the middle of a field barefoot, with the familiar weight of a collar on his throat. The same one he died wearing. In front of him is Mizi, hand in hand with Sua, who Till remembers died like a firework show--a beautiful spectacle that tore apart everything it touched. The first thing Till does is to turn around, to turn away from the star that mesmerized and blinded him, and at his back is--
Black eyes, wide with surprise, fingers curled into the bark of a tree just meters away. So, so close.
Maybe God hasn't abandoned us after all.
His ears pop. Blood streams from his nose, a steady trickle.
Ivan catches him when he faints.
If there's anything Till is, it's stubborn and a tad vindictive.

Till sighed, deep. “You really don't know how to love, do you?”
He felt so bad. He didn’t deserve Till’s forgiveness. But the man clinging to him still held him.
Till sighed again. “Let me show you...”
One cold hand went up to caress the side of Ivan’s face, and the raven-haired swore his heart may have stopped beating. Till looked him in the eyes, so sure and true, his gaze stealing Ivan’s breath and making his brain short-circuit. He wasn’t sure how he was still alive, if his heart and breathing stopped, and his brain was broken, but all he knew was a weird warmth pulsing through his veins and that it was somehow keeping him alive.
“And then you ask,” Till continued. “Hey, Ivan, can I kiss you?”
Ivan couldn’t breathe. “Yes—” He spoke before he could process, and even sooner Till had leaned in and—
Oh.
Oh,
Oh god.
