    At twenty-five, Princess Izuku is expected to take over the Kingdom of Ebeil. Due to her omega status, she must find a mate to rule with her. Though several princes and lords have come to the castle in hopes of becoming her mate, none stay longer than a night after their courting meeting. Izuku is confused but relieved, since she already loves someone else.

    Alpha Katsuki Bakugo has never let her gender stop her from getting what she wants. She's brave, talented, and takes care of the princess in a way Izuku knows nobody else can. Still, even with her vow of duty to the crown, Katsuki never looks at Izuku in the way she dreams of. It's like she doesn't see Izuku as an omega at all.

    Is Princess Izuku destined to mate into a loveless marriage? Or will a midnight discovery finally prove how much she matters to the guard who stole her heart?

    Deku had a lot of good traits. A lot of skills that Katsuki would probably never compliment to his face. But singing was not one of them. In fact, it was probably the thing he was the worst at. More often than not, he sounded like a drowning moose.

    He isn't stupid. He’s tried to stop this "fugue state" from happening. He has a good handle on it, most of the time. Yes, he carries a stuffed animal everywhere with him and sure, he sometimes forgets he has a quirk, but it's all entirely under control. Really.

    As for Kacchan, well. He’s been strangely understated about the whole issue. Suspiciously so. Izuku isn’t one to push back against acceptance, though, no matter the circumstances, so he leaves it alone.

    If it were a problem, Kacchan would have told him, after all.

    Will was all out of excuses to keep avoiding Mike. He didn’t think he’d be strong enough to keep avoiding Mike either way - not with Mike calling him everyday- but this feels entirely too soon, the memories still fresh. Will feels that if he even thinks about Mike he could feel the phantom of Mike’s fingers digging into his hips, his lips pressing into Wills’ pulse, the thickness of his hair between Wills’ fingers.

    The Wheeler’s front door opens on its own, and Will jumps from where he’s standing, letting out a small yelp in surprise.

    or

    Will can't avoid Mike forever, and they talk about what happened the day they got high together.
