Summary
After the 2017 election, Rob Jetten comes bouncing into Parliament with all the enthusiasm of an impeccably dressed and exceptionally well-groomed puppy. Normally, Jesse would be more than happy to show an old friend the ropes - if they were just 'old friends,' that is.
Or, over the span of four years, Rob Jetten and Jesse Klaver reunite, fall apart, fall in love, and carry on a secret relationship in the nest of vipers otherwise known as the Tweede Kamer.

Summary
"Mr. Jetten, our political love is an open secret," Jesse stands up and says in front of the eyes of the world. Rob isn't sure if that makes it easier or harder to hide.
Or, sex, secrets, and sneaking around, served with a side of the political intrigue du jour.

Summary
Jesse Klaver and Rob Jetten are two prolific Dutch left-wing politicians with a secret. Once, long ago, they were an item, but their differing worldviews and politics caused a rift that haunts them to this day. Then, during the 2021 elections, they find themselves in the same room for a very long time when the forming of the coalition starts. In between the meetings, debates, murder, intrigue, fights and political power struggles, Jesse and Rob find themselves longing for a very different coalition than their colleagues are looking for. Can they put their politics aside and finally be together, or will the House of Representatives' left wing fall?
