If there was one thing Minho disliked about himself, it would be his inability to say no.
This isn't to say that he was overly lenient with everyone, in fact, he prided himself on his ability to politely decline just about anything. If he had a nickel for every time he bailed on something on behalf of his friends, he would have a small fortune to invest into his pudding addiction.
But he has one weakness. A weakness that comes in the form of Han Jisung.

Still, as much as he adores being a father now, it is lonely. He has not been on a proper date for six years now, flirting and romance now distant acquittances instead of the close friends they once were.
He had been on a few pseudo-dates, on the first months after the twins’ birth, yet his anxious mind had been racing all the time he had been away from them, eventually leaving early as he informed his partner that he had to go and check on his babies at home. None of them texted him back after that, and Chan had resigned himself to a life of solitude and devoting himself to his kids.

Instead, he gets funky, context-less photos of Minhee’s day to day. She holds his hand under the table. She calls him “baby” and denies being his girlfriend, even if they were just kissing. It’s dangerous for Chan, who has a condition called being a pathetic man.
They go out, not fancy dates or anything. Minhee doesn’t seem to care about that. They get drinks, late night street food, bad movie marathons at his place where she falls asleep on his chest halfway through, quiet hang outs at the apartment she shares with Jisu. It’s comfortable. Easy. Nice.
Jisu is around, naturally. She’s always around. And Chan doesn’t really mind it. He doesn’t mind seeing her around the apartment when Minhee invites him over, nor when she drops Minhee off. He doesn’t mind how she sometimes crashes their dates and joins them on outings.

Summary
Stray Kids is a pack of eight–seven big hybrids and their only human, Felix. At least, that’s what they think–in reality, Felix is also a hybrid but has been hiding his hybrid status from his pack, because his hybrid form never grew into an adult along with him. Everyone knows that when a hybrid’s shifted form doesn’t mature with them, it means the shifter went through something traumatic at a young age, and Felix doesn’t want everyone to know.
So he pastes on a smile, pretending to be human and be fine with his pack as it is, all the while suppressing and pushing down his hybrid instincts. When they finally overtake him and he shifts against his control, the pack must adjust and decide how to move forwards with their new reality.
