Summary
Chan has never been a typical omega.
He doesn't feed into his instincts. He doesn't lean more towards his submissive side. And he definitely doesn't nest outside of the packs house.
But one day, all that changes. One day, Chan decides to start nesting outside the house, and shortly after that, all sorts of different things begin to follow. His senses and emotions suddenly become heightened, and he becomes more and more clingy, needing to be with his pack at all times. Not only that, but Chan all of the sudden notices a slight weight gain accompanied with some chest pain. His pack feels something is wrong, but none of them could have guessed what the real problem is:

Another harsh pain hits him, his hand instinctively squeezing hard. He’s been pushing for what seems like hours. The doctor looks up from between his legs, speaking softly, “Okay Chan, I want you to push one more time for me on this next one, okay?”
His whole body feels like it's on fire like he’s been in pain for so long that it’s starting to numb his other senses. Chan shakes his head as he lets out a whimper. No. He can’t keep going on.
