Summary
Mark has always been a risky hero to work worth. Given his immeasureable strength, teenage immaturity and general naivety, it was only a matter of time he butted heads with Cecil over his less than ethical methods of running the G.D.A. It's a good thing Cecil has already prepared something to deal with Mark's antics.
