For Invisobang 2024!
After the timeline was reset, Valerie was declared missing, ectoplasm exposure had more consequences than they thought, and the anti-ghost policies allowed for security systems and invisible ghost shields to pop up all over Amity Park. Danny has to adjust to dodging ectoplasm sensors, the GIW's crusade to capture all ghosts, and sleepless nights.

Danny wouldn’t admit it at thermos-point, but something about what Sam said stuck with him. She called him “punk” and the percussive echo of the word ricocheted in the back of his brain.

Summary
‘There appears to be a real risk,’ said Psychologist Prime, tapping a stylus against their tablet in an idle way that frayed at the edge of Adrian’s sore nerves, ‘That should Alien Human-from-Earth-of-Sol Asylum-seeker Savior-of-Erid Grace perish, then your mate Savior Rocky may experience a radical and potentially fatal decline in physiological and psychological health.’
‘...I see,’ said Adrian. With exceptional calmness.
---
Let it not be said that Adrian was not devoted as well. They had stood firm, a loyal widower longer than others could fathom. Once you encountered a love like Rocky’s, there could be no replacement. Nothing could even compare.
‘Do you understand that?’ Adrian wanted to ask. So desperately, they wanted the alien’s reply. ‘Are you the only other creature in the universe who understands what it is like to be loved by someone so completely?’
---
Adrian meets Grace several times, before Grace is healthy enough to meet them in return. Despite light-years of distance between their species, Adrian might have finally met the first other being who appreciates Rocky like they do; or so they hope.

Summary
Pro Hero Shouto is a man of logic, precision, and terrifying battlefield awareness.
Unfortunately, all three traits short-circuit whenever his boyfriend, Pro Hero Ingenium, is involved.
Five moments that convinced the world Pro Hero Shouto Todoroki was hopelessly, publicly down bad for Pro Hero Ingenium, Iida Tenya—and one moment that proved Ingenium was every bit as feral in return.
Or
Pro Hero Shouto Todoroki is down catastrophically for Ingenium, and hero society has the receipts.
(Unfortunately for everyone, Ingenium matches his energy.)

Summary
Hardison saw it in Eliot first. He went after the security guards in the Pierson building with a smile on his face and a growl coming from a place deep in his chest that humans just didn’t have.
He began to suspect Parker, too, when he caught her gaze in the elevator and her eyes were brown, though he could have sworn they’d been pure black up on the roof.

Summary
Breanna asks Eliot a question. It's... less than ideal. He keeps some things secret for a reason.
‘I mean, there were clues. Alec didn’t tell us tell us, but you should hear how he talks about you, man. It’s honestly kinda gross.’
‘What the—who the hell is “us”?’ he splutters.
‘Just me and Nana and…’ She pauses and then finishes in a rush. ‘…Okay, maybe some of our other foster siblings.’
‘“Maybe some”?’
‘Maybe a few,’ she says, which does absolutely nothing to clarify the situation. ‘My brother Mikey was the one who went hard for the triad theory. I was actually way off base for a while, ’cause Alec made it sound like he was maybe dating Catwoman and Batman at the same time, and no offense but I was kinda skeptical ’cause I’m pretty sure back in the day he posted that exact fanfic on his LiveJournal—which,’ she adds hastily, ‘if he asks, I definitely haven’t found.’
