Summary
jimin dyes his hair pastel pink and his body develops at such a rapid speed, it’s scary for the young boy. he discovers porn sites for the first time and his best friend, yoongi, is suddenly educating him on matters of the heart.
yoongi starts texting with a girl, and jimin feels something unfamiliar in his chest. at first it is tame and he can easily drown the weird thoughts in his head but the more he gets to see just how much this girl means to his childhood best friend, the more his eyes burn with tears at night.
they used to spend their time reading comics, playing with action figures and video games, learning random facts from yoongi’s giant encyclopedia, stealing yoongi’s mom’s makeup and trying out different looks. now yoongi spends most of his time in their sleepovers smiling at his phone.
jimin hates all that. he hates that his hyung is growing up, that he’s going to parties, that he’s kissing girls. he absolutely despises adolescence for taking his hyung away from him.
