He knows, but is drawn evermore into those piercing green eyes, and sly smile, and the way he holds everyone at arm’s length while keeping them close as can be. He's interesting, he’s impressive, and Wanderer wants nothing to do with him while knowing everything about him. He hates it. He hates even more that he is going against his better judgment when he falls for him.

Sethos had eyes like none Scaramouche had seen before. Sharp, intense, piercing eyes that looked into you, stripped you of any mask you tried to wear, followed you like a shadow. Eyes like a beast on the hunt. Eyes that, once they found their prey, did not falter.
“You sure about this?” Sethos asked, a lazy grin on his face as he stretched his legs.
Scaramouche rolled his eyes, working his own muscles. “That's the fifth time you’ve asked. Are you expecting my answer to change?”
Spreading his legs shoulder-width apart and reaching down to the mossy forest floor, Sethos laughed. “Just making sure. I mean, can you blame me? You’re the last person I’d expect to willingly ask to be chased through the woods.”
AKA Scaramouche asks Sethos to chase him through the woods, and Sethos more than delivers.

Wanderer comes down with an illness after investigating a Ley Line disturbance for Nahida. Wanderer is… sick. He’s never been sick before, he can’t get sick, and Sethos is struggling to figure out hot to help deal with the issue. All he can do is his best.
In other words, sickfic but make it the one guy who literally can’t get sick.
