Summary
When a Sage of Primus is murdered in cold blood, the only detective for the job is Ex-enforcer Prowl and his co-worker (read: Assistant) Smokescreen. Summary
Dratchet slow burn with a big helping of character study. I'm playing between and around the scenes of canon and filling in backstory as I go.
The first two stories are pretty romance ambivalent; you could read them as deeply emotionally invested Drift&Ratchet bromance instead of pre-slash if that's what you're into.
