    Their lips meet, and it’s vicious. They’re not gentle or slow about it, they gnash at each other with bared teeth. Zack bites down on Cloud’s bottom lip hard enough to draw blood, swiping his tongue over the wound to soothe it. Cloud claws at his arms, pushing back against him, fighting to control the kiss. Zack doesn’t allow it. He takes Cloud by the wrists and pins his hands down by his hips.

    They pull apart for a moment, just so he can whisper, “I don’t like you.”

    “I don’t care.” Cloud spits back, chasing after Zack’s lips like a starved man.
