Mike swallows thickly, watching Will pull his pants up, having to do a little hop and jump to get them up over his ass, buttoning and zipping them up moments after. They were cute, a deep brown color that contrasted against Will's plush hips, the fabric pushing into the crease of his legs, tight against his ass, squeezing his thighs.
Will pulls on a shirt, something orange, blue, and striped. Mike, however, is a lot more focused on the pretty panties that Will’s covering up. A buttery yellow, a little bit of lace on the hem, something Mike only caught a glimpse of before it was gone.
or, Will likes wearing cute underwear, and Mike likes looking at Will wearing cute underwear. And touching him too, preferably.

"Can we get back to summer plans?" Lucas cuts in. "I feel like there's nothing to really explore here. There's a bowling alley that just opened up, but it's about an hour away."
"Do any of us even know how to bowl?"
"I'm pretty good at it," Max shrugs a shoulder. "I'd leave you all in the dust."
"I bet a dollar you don't get one strike-"
"I might be a bit busy- I'm actually thinking of getting a job," Will pipes up, and Mike's head snaps in his direction so quickly that Will can hear it crack.
"What?"
or, a lifeguard au. Will's trying to focus on getting a job so he can pay off his student loans, but Mike's focusing on ways to get him fired. Dustin just wants the party to stick together this summer. There's no better way to spend the sweatiest months than being employed for $4.25 an hour while dealing with piss in chlorine. And kissing your best friends too, preferably.

Slowly, he rolls onto his side, curling inward without meaning to. His palms settle against his lower stomach, fingers spread wide, hands bigger than they used to be. Or maybe all of him is bigger, and he's aging, and his body is just more his now than he can remember.
He feels so empty.
Just one heartbeat, only his voice in his head, one lonely body curled up in bed.

“Will, come on.” The doorknob rattles. “You're freaking me out.” Mike sounds closer now, worried. “I'm sick of you pushing me away. I'm not joking around.”
Will imagines him standing on the other side of the door, one hand gripping the frame, eyebrows drawn together. Waiting, the way he always is.
“At least let me know you're alive in there.” Mike's voice cracks, and the sound makes Will's throat tighten immediately. “Will, I'm serious, and I mean it. I'll break this door down.”

Summary
Will digs his teeth into the side of his cheek, looking at the other boy. He had so many freckles. They even went up past the boy's hairline, and down his shirt collar, and were all over his hands. Maybe they were on the top of his head under his hair and Will just couldn't see. His tail was fluffy, not sleek like other wolves he's seen. Maybe it's because the pup's head hair was so fluffy, slicked down in some places and curled in others. Will wonders if it's purposeful, but he knows better than to ask.
“...Do you have any friends?” Will doesn't respond, and the pup clears his throat, looking uncomfortable. “Uhm- I don't either. Not yet. Not any real friends- Nance says that a real friend is better than fake people trying to be your friend. And she has a best friend, so she has to be right, just this once.”
