    hope bloomed in the boy’s big round eyes, as he stared back at jaemin, lowering his hands just a little.

    the sheer innocence and gullibility of the boy, along with the pure raw honesty in his eyes made jaemin lose any belief that he could be a threat. he lowered his gun completely, letting it balance on the lanyard over his shoulder.

    “yeah, promise,” jaemin ran his hand through his hair, questioning how such a soft innocent thing had been to survive this long by themselves.
