And Mills never said anything outright, but Eddie was pretty sure she had fit into… one of the letters, Eddie wasn’t sure which, not that it mattered. And his family - the 118 and their families - was full of people of all identities. He supported them all. That’s what friends do. What allies do.

“But you’ve saved the earth. Multiple times,” Cas continues, amused.
“Right. Did my part on the whole saving the planet. I really think I’m all set,” he says, knowing that he’s fighting a losing battle here.
He is, after all, already outside of their modest lakeside cabin, gardening gloves on, and shovel in hand.
He sighs.
“How many trees are we planting, Cas?”

Nandor has been finding excuses to touch Guillermo all day. Perhaps the time has come to cease making excuses. His fingertips trail over Guillermo’s skin, the lightest of touches, as Nandor fears one false move on his part will break the spell.
Guillermo looks back at him with confusion, but he has not rejected his touch.
“You - Mean to you?”
Nandor’s hand trails up to cradle Guillermo’s jaw, thumb padding in little reassuring strokes.
“Laszlo was correct, you know. We vampires are not so skilled at expressing how we feel.”
“How you… feel?”
“But even without the words, I have failed to show you. I hope you will grant me the chance to absolve myself of this.”

Summary
Eddie tries to peek out the windows to see what's out there as he approaches the door, but Buck moves to obstruct his view. "Hey, uh. So. I found … uh, this piece of furniture, on Marketplace. And if you hate it, it's fine. No biggie! I just … it was such a good deal!"
They don't need more furniture. In fact, they actively need less, so Buck wouldn't buy something new without a really good reason.
"Okay, Buck, I trust you. What did you get?"
"It's … I guess, I mean, um. Well, I think you should just come see." Buck turns around before Eddie can reply and heads out the front door.
Eddie stays hot on his heels for barely even one square of sidewalk, stopping in his tracks when he sees the bright red metal frame that's strapped down in Buck's truck bed. It's upright, so Eddie has a clear view of what Buck picked up for them.
It's bunk beds.
Buck and Eddie try to process their grief about Bobby's death and figure out what they mean to each other, all while squeezed into Eddie's two-bedroom house.

"Oh." Buck flushes a little. It's not like he can explain: I realized I'm in love with your dad and keep accidentally planning a wedding we're never going to have. "It was this or Golf Digest."
