Summary
Kaito briefly leaves him when he rises over Shinichi to reach something on the nightstand, opposite of where he was laying. Shinichi rolls onto his back, Kaito half over him; he would like Kaito on him more because there's no weighted blanket as good as him but, like this, he can see out of the corner of his eye what Kaito is looking for.
Shinichi hears the crinkling-crumbling sound of a pill being popped out of its spot in a blister pack.
Suddenly, the cramps don't seem that important anymore.
