Summary
The order meeting had gone well, and James Potter ran over the details in his head as he cleared cups of half-drunk tea from his dining table. He had gathered a tidy stack of cups to deliver to the kitchen when an enormous crack sounded throughout the room, as if an entire army had apparated into his house.
Startled, he set down the teacups, and began to urgently move towards the entrance hall, where his wife was seeing off their guests. He had to make sure that Lily was ok, and if Dumbledore or Moody were still hanging around they might be able to offer an explanation for the sound. If it was some kind of mass-apparation, they could very well be under attack.
He had just reached the doorway when a dark shape materialized from above, and then James was on the floor, staring at a familiar looking, dark-haired boy who had fallen squarely on-top of him.

Summary
Loki stared at the tips of his leather boots, his mind completely hollow. The image of his mother's body lying lifeless in a puddle of her own blood flashed in his mind. Her hands were slowly losing their comforting warmth — the warmth he would've given anything just to grasp right this moment. She no longer smelled like her usual sweet lavender scent, but of the unmistakable, thick smell of copper.
OR,
Loki gets banished to earth—along with Thor— as a punishment from the All- Father. For he believes the Queen's death was fully his fault.
The people of earth hate him. And the only thing keeping the Avengers from killing him is Thor, the only person that stayed by his side.
Perhaps this might be the beginning of change in his journey of mischief?

“Well said,” Clint agrees. “I am huuuungryyyyy,” he stretches out. Natasha can tell that he just wants to get an excuse to be as far away as possible from this city. He has a family to support unlike the rest of them.
“Well what do we do with Loki?” Steve poses.
“I’ll call Fury about that.”
