와... 진짜 명작 수작이다.... 북마크수랑 쿠도수 보고 떨렸고 짐작은 했지만 정말 멋진 작품이었다..... 30챕터의 장편 내내 인물들 심리 묘사가 로이를 향한 쿠데타 사건들과 같이 전개되는데 진짜... 작가가 엄청 많은 걸 공부했고 표현할 줄 아는 똑똑한 사람이란게 문장 하나하나에 느껴짐... 배경지식들도 그렇지만 문체도 정말 좋았다. 여기 에드가 안쓰러운게 25챕에서 많이 느껴졌다.... 그렇게 똑똑하고 재능넘치는데도 자기 자신을 탓함.. 오해로 인해 알과의 유대가 끊기고 어디에도 마음을 못주고 로이를 오랫동안 짝사랑해왔지만 자신이 또 다시 망칠까봐 육체적 관계만 유지하며 돌아오는 사랑까지 바라지 않는 에드가 안쓰러웠음ㅠ

씬있 단편. 푹잠을 위해 하루의 유희를 즐기러 블라인드 미팅에 나온 로이. 한껏 즐긴 상대가 안대를 풀고보니 에드였다는 이야기. 더 이어졌으면 좋겠다. 이 작가 씬으로 전개되는 스토리? 소재?가 괜찮으면서 필체도 좋은 편인데 짧은 단편들밖에 없어서 아쉬워.

11챕 완결까지 다 읽음. 신박하다. 현대물인데 등장인물들이 에드고 알이고 강철 등장인물들 다 나오길래 현대 패러디물인줄 알았는데 구강철 샴발라 이후 에드와 알의 손자 손녀들의 이야기였음. 에드가 노아랑 결혼해서 딸 트리샤를 낳고 그 트리샤가 알 에드 2세들을 낳았고 알의 손녀인 윈리도 같이 자라왔다는 설정. 로이에드, 알윈리 기반 스토리였다. 감식수사반이자 자경단원으로 활약중인 에드와 군인 로이가 계속되는 실종사건을 수사해나가며 과거의 껄끄러웠던 관계를 다시 풀게되는 그런 스토리. 페로몬을 사용하는 연금술사 소재가 나온거치고는 크게 자극적인 씬이나 스토리는 없었다. 혼란한 정세 속 민간인들을 위해 자기 자신의 개인사를 포기했던 에드에게 보상처럼 주변인들이 도와줘 위기를 극복하는 이야기라 결말 주제는 브라더후드와 비슷하다고 느꼈다.

재밌는 단편이었다. 강제수용소로 이슈발인들을 이송하는 임무를 맡게 된 에드와 몰래 어둠의 사도가 돼 그를 방해하는 가면 쓴 로이의 이야기. 끝에는 정체를 알게 되고 서로 마음도 확인함.
