Summary
“You’re safe, I promise.” Staff retracted, hands tucked behind his back, Adrien risked a step forward. “I’m not going to hurt you.”
Something crossed the gap between them: a hint of surprise, almost recognition.
“I hope this isn’t some sort of ridiculous moral code,” Felix probed, uncurling his fingers at last. “Because I need you to cataclysm someone for me.”

Summary
“You know what the worst part of this whole story is?”
“That your father didn’t choke on his stupid pancakes? That would have been a fitting end.”
The older boy mustered a small smile. His hand raised into their line of sight, weakly — blocking out the haunting capsule.
“I was talking about this,” he breathed out, looking at the twin rings without seeing them. “About the fact that there’s two of them.”
In the obscurity of the basement, the metal looked dull and bleak. Just like his memories of his mother, it had been tainted by the truth.

Summary
“Who,” Argos hisses, every sense on high alert, “do you think you are?”
He takes a step forward, reclaiming ground; the lookalike has the decency to back up, bumping against the crisper.
Something trickles through the brooch: not fear, per say, but offended confusion. And then there’s the pain, raw and sharp and inexplicable — betrayal, like a knife to his chest.
“My name is Claw Noir,” the ghost whispers, or perhaps pleads. “I’m your cousin.”

Summary
' He had seemed softer, a gentle look overtaking the previous conflicted features, quietly crossing over the space between them and sitting down next to him. He placed the two cups on Adrien’s coffee table and leaned back to scan his eyes over Adrien, seeming to take in his pained state more effectively from up close. His hands were folded carefully in his lap, hesitant, afraid to bridge the gap that had drifted between them.
Finally, after a moment of silence, he spoke, voice the gentlest he had heard in ages.
“I brought peppermint tea from your kitchen, I hope it’s still your favorite. I truly don’t understand why it’s your favorite, but it’s acceptable,“ he shrugged lightly, body language more open than it had been in a long time, “I’ve come around to mint because of you after all. I do hope you’ll drink it, I know you need to consume something at the very least, after the day you’ve had.“ and Adrien isn’t sure why, but that had brought him to tears again, his face contorting and throat closing up with grief. '
A conversation my senticousin heart needed, so I had to bring it to life. They mean a lot to me.
