Summary
Riddle dies because of his overblot. And since the death was so unnatural, his soul was scattered into the wind, but he felt determined to see his mother one last time, so unconsciously he went towards the mirrors, but when he went through it took him to a different world (Teyvat). Where his soul then became intertwined with the thousand winds. And because he felt determined to stay alive, his soul managed to gather and form into the anemo spirit.
This was an au created for a gcrv, but as I was writing it my creative juices began to flow and I might create a fic based on it.

He rounded the corner towards the square right in front of the Temple– it was different than before because there had never been a square in front of the Temple.
Obi-Wan froze in place the moment he looked up. His eyes observed the large statues one by one.
Plo Koon, Mace Windu, Kit Fisto– they were all Councillors during the War.
Obi-Wan stood in front of the statues as tears welled up in his eyes. He hadn’t seen them in a long time and these statues looked exactly like them. From facial features and expression down to the way they were seated– as if they were in a regular Council meeting.
“Look Uncle Ben! It’s–” Obi-Wan leaped to Luke and covered his mouth before he could say anything else.
“Yes, I see, it’s General Kenobi.” He hoped the beings whose attention was drawn towards them would move on quickly. “But try not to shout, Luke, alright?”
His eyes left the boy to observe the statue of himself.

Or in which the Clones take over the Empire and Obi-Wan hears rumours about the whole ordeal which causes him to head back to Coruscant.

Aglaea coincidentally walked by, ignoring each other as if neither of them stuck out like a sore thumb. Then the children whipped their heads at her direction and said, “Mother!”
She inclined her head, turned to him, and stared. Anaxa stared back, cursed inside his intellectual brain, and heard Cerces cackling at the background.

"Kasala..?" Cyno asked in a confused tone, narrowing his eyes before looking back in the direction of Alhaitham
or, due to a ritual, Cyno ends up going back to the past and reliving a life he has no memory of
