Summary
The unconscious mind is a fascinating thing. You can repeat something over and over again in your head telling yourself, “This is the truth” and how you have to believe it. And yet, the real you knows it’s a lie. You can bury it, drown it, burn it to ash, but the inner self still knows what reality is.
Noelle Holiday has a lie ingrained so deep into her soul, it’s the closest one could ever get to overwriting the unconscious mind.
Dreams are said to be the unconscious mind speaking. Telling the dreamer in warped logic and symbolism of their true desires. They’re puzzles to be solved. Puzzles of the mind.
But Noelle had a dream, and that dream spoke to her so vividly, so thoroughly, so intimately, that it wasn’t a puzzle at all.
It was a message.
A chapter two normal route still takes a weird turn after Kris and Noelle return to the light world. The prophecy is at risk of being frozen in time. But is eternity so bad if it's with her?

In a hypothetical Chapter 6 Castle Town, Noelle is upset at Susie for lying and hiding secrets. She shuts herself in her room to get some space. Strangely, it's not Susie or even Kris that come to try and comfort her. Instead... it's a certain fluffy darkner.

Summary
From the moment they met her, Kris had always looked up to Dess. They thought she was the coolest girl in the world, and dreamed of being her friend, rather than just her friend's sibling. But once they get a little older, Dess begins making increasingly uncomfortable advances on them. Kris tries their best to grit their teeth and deal with it - her attention IS what they wanted, right? - and is left feeling increasingly upset, confused, and violated... culminating in one night that tears apart whatever friendship they had, forever.
Afterward, Kris is left to grow up trying to cope with the damage Dess did to them. They intend to carry that secret with them to the grave - telling people would just make things worse. Their friendship with Noelle goes down the drain, with them finding it hard to even talk to her, let alone go to her house like they used to. They turn to unhealthy coping mechanisms to get by.
Or, Kris gets hurt, and slowly learns to rely on their friends a little more.

“Do… it?”
“Yeah, you know…” It's hard to tell through their bangs, but Noelle is pretty sure their blush has deepened. “I could do… the, uh... the biting thing.”
In which Noelle is very thirsty, Kris is slightly jealous, and Susie is aura-farming on the background.

After graduating high school, most of Noelle’s graduating class, including Susie, left town to attend university. In her home office, Noelle Holiday has a locked drawer with a false bottom set to light aflame should somebody try to open the false bottom incorrectly. In it, she keeps a strongbox filled with unsent letters. I don’t know about any of you, but I’m a fiend for gossip, so let’s go snooping shall we?

Mmmmm hey look it's someone who Gets It
Like wow! What do Susie and Noelle even have on their own? NOTHING! They have the surface of the water. Coasting along. Not living. The sanitized sitcom version of a relationship everyone "loves" to see but nobody would want to live after the TV turns off.
This one shook something in me. Lovely <3

Luckily her closest friend, that she has no strange and confusing feelings for, is an expert of pranks. With Kris’s help, she may just fool her mom into believing she’d started to date the towns human delinquents, nothing more easy for the definitely not enamored friends.
