He was in Legs’s hands, harmless. He could finally breathe. His breath shudders out of him, whole and ragged.

200 years after being released from Oakhurst, the surviving vampires gather to remember them. Unfortunately for them, their former friends (and foes) have reincarnated and have also returned to Oakhurst. And reactivated the beacons, trapping six vampires, two half vampires, one half demon, and six humans within the borders of this cursed town once again.
