Summary
"Babies. The Ballenger women seemed to be quite fertile. I had been careful not to cross that line that might bind Jase and me together forever---out here in the wilderness there was no protection for that. I wasn't going to risk creating a child, not when the world we were living in would disappear in only a day or two when we fell back into the other one."
but what if they had risked it. this is a rewrite if Kazi had become pregnant during dance of thieves
also some mild smut at beginning maybe more -

Summary
Jujutsu society is a tightly-knit ball of conditions and causes: power struggles, money-hoarding, obsessive bloodline purity and lies galore. You wouldn’t know from looking, but its stability is ensured by the existence of its unacknowledged, cloistered and closely-guarded other: the spiritual practitioners all the way up in Hokkaido, the remnants of the only sorcerers who ever could have rivaled the Three Great Clans. The gosanke set the terms, dictating fate while the Ainu shut themselves away from the rest of the world. But that carefully-woven tapestry starts to unravel when the Ainu send one of their young spiritual practitioners on the mission to retrieve the Star Plasma Vessel, binding her life to the Jujutsu world's strongest.
“I can see everything, but I don’t wanna keep an eye on you all the time.”
“You can see everything? Doubtful.”
“Doubtless.”Even the Six Eyes can’t see the direction life will take once the fates of the Ainu and the Jujutsu sorcerers are pulled back into one another’s orbit. They each have their own gods, and so each make their own saviors–– or monsters, depending on who you're asking.
