“It’s just,” Erling sighed and ran a hand over his face, not knowing how to word it nicely. Fuck it, might as well bite the bullet and get it over with now, if they were already having this conversation. “You’re seventeen, I’m twenty, it’s–”
“The age of consent in Germany, England, and Norway is sixteen.”
He didn’t want to think about why Jude knew what the age of consent in Norway was.
“No–I know it’s legal. It’s just that I’m three years older than you and–”
“Wow, three years, big deal,” Jude scoffed.
“No–stop, Jude, stop interrupting me and let me speak.”
Jude stopped talking, but still had that scorned-puppy look on his face that made Erling’s chest hurt. He hadn’t wanted this conversation to go down like this; hell, he would have never wanted to have this conversation at all, but everyone had to do hard things in life. This just happened to be one of the hardest, but that was saying a lot, considering that he was a professional athlete.

Jude wants more. Erling is worried about the age difference.

Summary
Jude's life comes crashing down around him when a few steamy nights with Erling result in an unplanned pregnancy that could uproot his entire career. When Erling offers to look after the child, it's a no-brainer; a done deal where Jude never has to think about them again. But unfortunately, lying in a hospital bed, there's not much else to think about other than the first time you fell in love.

“Erling, is it?” Jude whistles, raising one of his eyebrows. “I assume you had a good time, then.”
And really, he shouldn’t question her about it. He shouldn’t even want to know the details - his girlfriend just told him she got fucked by another man, a man he knows better than he knows her; a man he works with and sees almost every single day.
Still, he can’t help but wonder.
Or; Jude finds out that his girlfriend cheated on him with his teammate, Erling Haaland. Instead of being pissed off, though, he decides he might as well see for himself if the other man is worth the hype.
