Summary
⚠️ON HIATUS⚠️
This is a rewrite of my fic DC: Symbol's Rising. I'm not happy with how it ended up, so this is a do-over. I actually have vision and direction for it now, so DC: Symbol of Dread should fare a lot better in my heart.
As can be seen in the tags, this work is primarily wish-fulfillment. Still, I'll do everything in my capacity to actually make it a good story.
Actual Summary:
A dead man is requested to test out a higher being's pet project—that project being a leveling system. To that end, he is sent to a universe of his choosing and is made to take it over for his benefactor. He is 'spawned' in Gotham to begin his mission for power and conquest, along the way being granted the Quirk known as One for All to help him get started.
