"Right. Okay," Emily turned on her heel. "Goodnight, then. And try not to ruin my sofa."
Andy let out a little huff of air from her nose. "Goodnight, Emily."

A misunderstood observation by a squeaky junior assistant leads to a big, fat, life-changing rumour - one which Andy and Emily are left to deal with on their own. Strangely, what is real and what is fake about them becomes confusingly muddled. It seems, unsurprisingly, that the more time you spend with someone you previously regarded as untouchable, you discover that they are very much touchable (in both the physical and psychological aspect). As in: the secrets, truths, and desires of Emily Charlton and Andrea Sachs are slowly uncovered.
