Summary
After the events of Spider-Man: Brand New Day, something strange happens. Tony Stark wakes up in a random field. Steve Rogers comes to in a New York City alley. Within hours, both learn the same horrifying truth: they're dead, and the world has moved on without them.
Tony steals a car and, through J Jonah Jameson's radio show, learns that Spider-Man has been critically injured. He begins the six-hour drive toward the hospital. Steve, however, stumbles directly into the building where Spider-Man is being treated, and runs right into Frank Castle.
From there, everything only gets stranger.

Bucky Barnes woke up in a cold sweat, haunted by lost memories. By blurry faces and inaudible voices. Haunted by things that slipped just out of his grasp, things he couldn’t seem to remember. Haunted by what he now knows he has done, and what he could do. Haunted by a boy with big, brown eyes whose name he repeatedly fails to remember.
Peter Parker wakes up same time as usual. At the 4 hour mark, on the dot. He wakes up to the same white walls, the same closed off room. In the same old bed and the same clothes. This is his life. His name is The Spider. He is Asset 42. He does not know his age, does not know his real name. All he knows is that he has been in this place for 9 years, trained by a man with a metal arm, injected with things he couldn’t name. He is HYDRA’s perfect asset. Their perfect soldier. He is The Spider.

Summary
Peter's life gets complicated with the new Stark Internship, the Spider-man gig, high school. Not to mention, he still has to find a way to help Aunt May get enough money. So of course some things slip. Of course he has to try and find some balance. That is, if he doesn't want his worlds to collide.
basically, a fic about how Peter goes on a field trip, gets an internship, meets the Avengers, manages to keep a hold of his life and... fights the Avengers, because I have my reasons.
I hate summaries. Just read the stupid story.

Summary
There had been multiple reasons Peter had been barred from participating in this fight and several past fights. Though being kept away from the thrill of Spider-Manning had made him hungry for the adrenaline and excitement of it. And Peter didn’t agree with most, if not any, of the reasons.
1. The Avengers had said that Peter spoke too much over the comms in the last battles, which led to Clint nearly being stabbed because of how distracted he was. Which was a little fair, but no one had told Peter not to flood the comms with commentary about where everyone’s targets were. And his warnings had helped several people mid-battle.
2. He often had a bad habit of blocking out peoples commands of where he was supposed to be and when he should be there. This was the least fair in Peter’s opinion, the sounds of the battle and constant pressure from his spider sense made it hard to focus on others. Sure, it led to some property damage and the occasional person being injured, but that was hardly his fault!
3. Tony had confiscated his Iron-Spider suit.

However, Mirror may have sorely underestimated just how much the Avengers care about their resident child.
